Iggy Pop New Album on Tonight Show

Iggy has moved dramatically toward jazz as he has matured.

The new album "Free" is outstanding! Some of it reminds me of Bowie's last album "Blackstar". I listened to the entire album on You Tube and it is excellent!

Did not see that coming. Quite different than anything I've heard from him before but I'm far from an Iggy expert. I wonder if this is something he's going to stick with or a temorary diversion?

I think it's just Iggy with a really good band behind him. And he's gotten older like all of us. Very happy for him. He clearly is loving it. Look at him with Fallon after the song.
