Sad that he passed but the new album is out in November. Mixed bag of material in his career that didn't match my style preferences but a lot of folks loved it.
This is cool because some former Beatle dropped in to Buffett's place in Long Island for a visit. He didn't bring one of his left-handed basses along with him. So Jimmy had someone restring a bass that he had at home and let this dude play it in this tune.
He's definitely on the short short list of best bass players of all time, I think.
