Great versions, Grado!  Eddie Cochran was awesome and IMO the original is best but... Blue Cheer is excellent and I love Alan Jackson (even though I'm not a big fan of country).

Here is another OUTSTANDING version and this one is special to me because I WAS AT THIS CONCERT in 1975 with our resident rock historian, Seymouro!!!

You guys go way back eh?  Pretty cool.
I never caught The Who.
Missed a lot of bands thinking about it…….

I did see the movie, and the following scene really
From it really grabbed me as a kid.

The way Tom became deaf, dumb, and blind…….

You never did. neither did I. Kenny Jones was the man we saw. I saw them at the Pontiac Plasticdome the same year

I must disagree. We saw the who as the opening act for the Silverdome in 1975 and moon Died in 78. We saw them again a different year at Masonic.

I must agree with you.

I was so mesmerized by the Masonic date that I forgot we went to the Dome and did indeed see Keith Moon in 1975.

I even saw them a third time in Pontiac, but that was later.

Sometimers can kick your ass bro...

Great picks Grado. I never knew so many bands covered that song and they are all really great.
