The guy's voice is unmistakable. Two solo albums made in the early 1980's in particular stand out. Mc Vicar and Under A Raging Moon.

Man, I sort of forgot about that Mc Vikar album and how good it is. There was so much going on during that time period that I didn't really give that one it's due cred when it was being played. I haven't heard anything off that album in a long time so cudos for digging it up and getting on the YTVOTW.

My personal fav's are "Free Me" and the softie, "Without Your Love."  I really enjoyed listening all of them but those two in particular I had to listen to a couple times each. And I forgot about that wicked slide guitar on Free Me which really adds some major grit.

Yep, I also forgot about these solo efforts. They definitely have that 80's feel to them, but sounding much better with Roger's vocals. Reminded me of California, since I spent most of the 80's there. Thanks for sharing!
