I just watched an hour-long PBS broadcast of "American Masters" featuring Neil Young.
I will implore all of you to either scan your "On Demand" listings, (if you are well-heeled enough and fortunate enough to have cable...I know that the economy is tougher than the $1 a pound, about to expire manager's special "flank steak!) to look this one up.
The man is the most underrated artists ever. He has re-invented himself probably fifty times or more (admirably against the wishes of Reprise, Warner Brothers, and most notably Geffen records, who he sued) and is and remains one of my top artists ever.
You owe it to yourselves to see the video. The all-time man true only to his craft - MUSIC!
