Got lucky digging through my album collection

Seymouro
This post was updated on .

I was about to clean my aquarium and went looking for an album to play before I started. I must have picked this gem up at a resale shop not that long ago, and forgot all about it because I know I didn't have it on vinyl anywhere near when it came out in 1974. I also say that because it is in near mint condition and springs at you like a pouncing tiger when I play it on my turntable. I'da wore it out.

Guys, Mark may be able to confirm but I swear this cut rings in my ears and memory from those cruising Gratiot slide rack eight track days. I think it might be their best, even though they never pushed it...I don't believe they even played this when I saw them with Mark at Royal Oak Music Theater. Rod Price on lead is about as awesome as he is in "Fool For The City", with his trademark slide.

Thanks to my wife Liane for the photo. Can't get it anything but sideways whether I rotate it beforehand or not!

Now there’s one not heard in ages.
Thanks guy. 👍

On the pics……..it’s a hassle, but, pull the pic you want to post on your phone, right side up.
Do the finger spread thing to get it as big as you can on your screen.

Take a screenshot of the pic.

Post the screenshot, it will be right side up.

Thanks for the vinyl piece, stuff like that keeps me a coming back.

Oh nice! I have not heard that one in ages either. Great tune man! Nowhere I know of that I can go to hear stuff like this. I don't subscribe to XM but I have checked it out before and I don't think there are XM stations that play stuff like this, right? Thanks

XM plays a lot of cool stuff, but I have never heard them play Step Outside.

Of course it never pops up on FM "Classic Rock". Only Fool For the City (mad love) and Slow Ride, which I have heard more times than is necessary.
