My favorite rock bands that definitely should be included in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame are:

-Emerson, Lake and Palmer (absolutely)
-Yes (absolutely)
-Jethro Tull (absolutely)
-Chicago (absolutely)
-Cars (maybe)
-Grand Funk Railroad (maybe)
-Styx (maybe, they had alot of top 40 hits)
-Moody Blues (absolutely)
-Rush (maybe)
-Procol Harum (maybe)
-Electric Light Orchestra (maybe)
-Heart (maybe)

Great topic. I agree to all of your "absolutely" picks but I think that Rush and Heart should also be included as well. Rush is a monster power trio with many radio hits as well as great non-commercial songs and they're still going strong after all these years.

IMO, Anne Wilson of Heart is the greatest female rock singer of all time... and the band ain't too shabby either.

ALL of the groups below should have already been inducted! Was Kansas ever inducted? If not, please add them to the list. BTW, if you know where I can find a list of groups already inducted, I'm sure I could list many more that have been snubbed so far...

Jer, I checked the RRHOF website and they list inductees by alphabit and year inducted.

You are correct in assuming that Kansas has NOT made it but Abba and Prince have.
