Grey Seal is a fantastic song! I'm not a big fan of much after the first few albums but the early stuff is excellent. Crocodile Rock.... yeah, not so much.

Agree that Grey Seal is awesome. I'm not sure I have a favorite Elton album because he has gems sprinkled across albums from "Elton John" through "caribou".  IMO of course. After that... Blah.

I agree that the early stuff was Elton's best work. Seems like once he got popular he went for the fame and fortune.
